The fulfillment house, Magpie Games, decided to check their local post office with their address and a description of the package. And they found the dice! Their post office was much more helpful than mine.
So the good news is dice and books are shipping out this week! GM screens are still incoming.
USPS clerks at my local branch are giving me a hassle. They lost the dice shipment that was supposed to arrive at Magpie Games two weeks ago. And somehow, in my infinite wisdom, I lost the receipt.
So now USPS claims they cannot locate the package unless I know the name of the clerk that processed the order. Which of course I don't remember. Did they offer to look up who was working that day? Did they offer to check a few employees records since I didn't know exactly who it was? No. They told me to take a hike.
I left a message with their boss. Who of course wasn't in today. But I'll be in their faces everyday until they actually lift a finger and check the logs.
